A tough day, even a trip around the shops and two trips to the dump to #declutter left me still 7,500 short so a brisk walk around two blocks still left me short until further steps to the kitchen & bedroom passed the magical 10,000 steps.
Yesterday was also a disaster when I walked a good 3-4,000 steps only to look at my bar wrist because I had put the #fitbit on charge. I won't make that mistake again.
