Run in 18 days. This is a very gentle walk, jog, run schedule to jump start you into running over 18 days. It is mainly for the beginner to ease them into getting fit but at a nice steady pace so that there is less chance of injury and giving up. Once you reach the goal in 18 days you should be able to continue towards 5k, 10k, 15k even a Marathon. Let me know how you progress.
