14stone 13.75 lb under the 15 stone mark and leaving #BMI obese range although #weight training may increase my weight. Exercise via my #Fitbit was 80,243 steps equalling 36.64 miles using up 18,612. I do not have the validities used via #myfitnesspal but definitely did not eat more than the 18,612 calories recorded on my #Fitbit2 #diabetesuk #onemillionsteps
