Under Salt Marsh Last episode 6/6
Still as bleak as ever. Reminds me of Great Expectations with Pip and the convict on the moors. In the final episode Bull & Ellis get closer to the killer. It's is mainly centred around the toxic waste and without giving the game away. The toxic waste was dumped everywhere including the sea walks which isn't a good idea when a flood is coming. Will Bull make up with Ellis or his new boyfriend. I would not say this series has been toxic nor a waste but it did not light me up. 5/10
Betrayal I binge watched and it was very good and yes there was betrayal from all sides both private and business. Funny in parts and the main actors ex endeavour and the police lady in the corners drama beyond paradise with both excellent. Too many twists and turns to mention here but well with viewing. 8/10
The Antique Riviera was interesting in respect of the village community. S lady wanted to sell all her mother's little house and sold 11 to a woman antique dealer leaving her about 100 left to sell to help her daughter. Unfortunately the small houses had got out of fashion and the woman would not get back the original prices paid. However without the sellers knowing the antique lady went round her fellow antique dealers and collected some pieces for auction then set up a raffle to raise more money. Very tearful. 7/10
The Stolen Girl looks good going but the first episode. Mother later for pick up but arrived and apologised to teacher. Other parent Holly Grainger said her child was happy playing. Her child can x stay fit a sleep over. Child goes missing. Good start with more to come. 8/10
Dragons' Den saw Peter Jones getting emotional. Tiny Tempah was a very good guest invest. The normal fire the rest. Losing its appeal 6/10
Dirty Business- in 3 parts well with watching. For years the water company's have been pumping in waste to our rivers so what do the Environmental Agency do.
Let them self regulate. Downgrade levels of waste and tell their staff not to investigate. Take away their cars. Obviously, the waste is getting worse and worse. If it was not for whistle bloopers and diligent investigators along with the tv company. this situation would not have come to light. It is a similar case to the Post Office fiasco and it seems that the final answers are the same. The people that are in responsibilities aren't fined, arrested or prosecuted and basically they get away with it, get nice new jobs and bonuses whilst the actual companies themselves and the shareholders are making more and more money. Disgusting 10/10
Silent Witness sees Jack murder someone - me. His broody and sultry mood with his always angry serious face with his great big muscles and shoulders walk does not really do much for me. A few smiles here and there and a few jokes might make him more personable but unfortunately the silent witness has got the wrong victim. The stories are getting wilder and wilder and I think it's about time but the silent witness was silenced. 6/10
That's all folks.
