A walk along the canal bought us in10to tingham town centre and although there were several eateries I plumbed for @TheAlchemist a restaurant come cocktail bar. The are approximately 100 cocktails many foaming from scientific test tube glasses. I also tried their baked Alaska so smoke and flames. Reasonable prices for this old listed building next to the Brian Clough statue.
