Next stop Faversham

A boat sails on the River Swale into Standard Quay. Faversham is probably more famous for housing the brewery Shepherds Neame beer but it offers far more. Standard Quay has gone funky with several shops selling retro, quirky or unusual items including handmades, art, industrials, 30+ vintage stalls, two sheds of refurbished tools, antiques, garden centre and cafe . If you walk into the main High Street via the local pub and Abbey you will probably come to the numerous stalls followed by more funky shops and emporiums selling antique and modern. Faversham is worth a visit.
