X Y Z for Mind Wandering & Running
Note everybody and their body are different hence the X Y Z timings may vary.
When your Mind Wanders Focus & Concentrate on the Breathe.
When still (if possible sit up with a straight back)
Breath in for X seconds,
Hold for Y seconds,
Breath out for Z amount of seconds
When Walking, Jogging or Running
Meditate by concentrating on the breathe
Breath in for Y amount of steps &
Breath out for Z amount steps
